Simple But Effective Eating Plan

Healthy Eating
Throughout all the various places people find me, there is always one question I get from people following me.

It’s this…

What kind of daily life do you live that allows you to stay in such great shape?

I LOVE this question.

Not because I get to talk about my life, but because I get to show people that it’s really not as hard as it seems to not just get in amazing shape… but stay in it.

That said, here’s a quick outline of how I live my own life. When I wake up, I typically start with a glass of lemon water to hydrate my body, wake up my organs and give me a little shot of energy.

Then I go about doing a few chores and getting ready for the day. About an hour or two later, I have my first cup of coffee along with breakfast… which typically consists of something like eggs and some veggies on the side, such as avocado. I’ll also sometimes cut up something like a tomato to go along with it.

(There are several “done-for-you” meal templates inside Bikini Body Workouts which I’ve been following lately.)

For both lunch and dessert, it’s typically something fairly similar.

One palm-sized portion of protein (fish, chicken, pork, beef, etc.) along with some veggies. To add more flavor I like to add either coconut oil or grass-fed butter.

(One to 1.5 palms of protein for dinner)

Dessert is optional. If I feel like eating dessert I’ll try to eat a healthy dessert such as a nice portion of fruit. Personally I LOVE berries and can’t get enough. On training days, I’ll also make two important changes.

First, I’ll eat more carbohydrates which helps support my training and gives me more energy. Plus starchy carbs are very yummy 😉

Second, I’ll also eat a piece of fruit along with protein powder, directly after working out.

See how simple this is?

No counting calories or doing any complicated meal timing… no eating 5-6 times a day (who has time for that?)… or anything that makes your life more stressed than it already is.

Plus if you shop right, eating veggies is NOT boring. Some people don’t want to eat veggies all day. That’s because they don’t know which veggies to buy or how to prepare them.

Inside Bikini Body Workouts you’ll the Jen Ferruggia nutrition guide which gives you a shopping list of the best foods to buy, which not to buy, and how to make them yummy and delicious.

It lays it out for you step-by-step…
