Did you know that eating less can actually make you FATTER?
I know it sounds counter intuitive. Most people say that if you want to lose weight you have to eat less and less food.
My guess is – you’ve already tried that approach and hated it. Maybe you lost some weight in the beginning but then it came flying back on. Maybe you couldn’t even stick with it (like most people). Or maybe eating such little calories made you feel tired and cranky. Very common!
Yes, it’s true that in order to burn more weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. But there’s much more to it than that.
Eating more protein allows you to burn more calories via digestion, so you can eat more while having the same “net” calorie intake
Certain foods make you feel much more full even if you eat the same amount as something else (There is a list of foods inside Bikini Body Workouts)
Some foods interact differently with your body, increasing your metabolism… while others cause food sensitivities, slowing down your metabolism and making you crave more food
Believe me, if you saw my dinner plates… you’d think I weighed a lot more than I do. The reason I can do this is because I know the right foods to eat… and when to eat them.
